Rooted in the ideals of the Congregation of Holy Cross and the Catholic Worker movement, André House is vital ministry in downtown Phoenix. We are a vibrant community committed to establishing relationships. Beyond just providing services, we hope to have a ministry of presence with our guests. Through the generous support of our benefactors, we have the opportunity to serve hundreds of people each day.
Homelessness is a complex issue with no easy solution and no ‘one size fits all’ solution. At André House we try greeting each guest as he or she is, providing for their basic needs, and recognizing the dignity of each person.
