Stock Donations

To donate stock to Andre House:

• Please contact our Interim Executive Director Director, Jay Minich, at (602) 255-0580 x307 / email: jminich@andrehouse.org, to obtain the required Andre House brokerage account information.  Andre House has a brokerage account with TD Ameritrade into which we accept Depository Trust Company (DTC) transfers of securities.
• Please contact your broker or financial agent to set up the transaction. Andre House is designated by the Internal Revenue Code as a nonprofit 501(c)(3) / EIN: 86-0717841.
• Please contact Sue Edmonds, (602) 255-0580 x 313 / email: sedmonds@andrehouse.org  upon completing the stock transfer.  Andre House will confirm receipt of the stock and ensure you receive the appropriate acknowledgement form for your tax records.
